Refund policy


If your product or package is damaged, you can exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is unused and unopened. You have the option to either replace the product or receive a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@hagueprotect.com Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller. In case you had purchased an item, which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

  2. You can exchange products ordered on our website within 10 days of delivery unless unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. If the product or package is damaged, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  2. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the account from which payment was made.
  3. Any amount paid will be credited to the original payment method.
  4. For cash on delivery orders, no refund is necessary.
  5. For prepaid methods such as credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet, refunds will be processed to the source account within 15 working days from the cancellation date.
